Acceptable Use Policy

Lawful, permission-based use

Use uploaded contact information only when you have a lawful basis and any required permission. Honour the recipient’s preferences, unsubscribe requests, STOP suppression and relevant do-not-contact restrictions. Configure lawful sending/calling windows and identify your business accurately.

Prohibited behaviour

• Spam, phishing, fraud, malware, harassment, abusive content or deceptive sales claims.
• Impersonation, unlawful caller-ID manipulation or misleading AI identities.
• Bypassing suppression, provider blocks, sending limits, workspace permissions or account security.
• Uploading stolen or unlawfully obtained data, or infringing intellectual-property rights.
• Attempting unauthorised access, disrupting the service or exposing other users’ data.

Automation and AI responsibility

Review content and AI prompts before use. Monitor automated campaigns and follow-ups, obtain any necessary recording or AI disclosures, and stop inappropriate activity. Contact validation is not proof of consent, live number ownership or permission to send.

Abuse reports and enforcement

The operator may restrict or suspend misuse to protect recipients, customers, providers and the platform. Report suspected abuse to the support contact with enough information to investigate; do not send unnecessary sensitive contact data.
