Provider & Subprocessor Disclosure
NexReach is a product of TwinStance Solutions LLP.
This is a factual disclosure of providers found in current production configuration/source, not a claim that each provider processes every workspace or that all processor contracts are executed. Sender/AI settings determine which services receive data.

Production is currently operator-managed infrastructure with PostgreSQL storage. Oracle and Neon copies are stopped rollback material, not active production hosting; copies must be considered in deletion/retention review. No particular physical processing country or certified residency is promised. CNA/CNAC allocation downloads and DNS-domain validation support contact refinement; number/email validity does not establish consent. SendGrid is supported in code but was not configured in the audited production settings, so it is not listed as an active provider.
Before enabling processing requiring a contract or transfer mechanism, confirm the selected account’s agreement, region, data-use controls and deletion/backups. Contact us for a workspace-specific review.
