Terms of Service

NexReach is a product of TwinStance Solutions LLP. TwinStance Solutions LLP is the legal operator and provider; NexReach is not presented as a separate registered company.

Accounts and subscriptions

Provide accurate account details, keep login credentials private and permit access only to authorised users. Plan scope, billing frequency and charges are those shown at checkout or in your written agreement. Third-party provider usage is governed by the selected plan and provider terms. This page does not change published prices or payment arrangements.

Customer data and communications

You retain responsibility for the legality and accuracy of uploaded contacts and content. Obtain required permissions, provide applicable privacy notices and honour unsubscribe, STOP and do-not-contact restrictions. Email, SMS and calls must comply with laws and provider rules applicable to you and your recipients, including calling hours, consent, disclosure and recording requirements where applicable.

Permitted use and AI outputs

Use NexReach for lawful business purposes. Review AI-generated content, prompts and automation settings; AI output may be inaccurate and should not be treated as professional advice or guaranteed results. Do not impersonate people, conceal your identity unlawfully, evade suppression or use the service for abusive or deceptive campaigns. The Acceptable Use Policy applies.

Third-party services and availability

Enabled services depend on the relevant providers, their availability, permissions and limits. We do not promise uninterrupted service, guaranteed delivery, specific sales results or error-free AI output. Do not bypass provider restrictions or share credentials unlawfully.

Suspension and termination

Accounts or access may be suspended or terminated for unlawful use, abuse, security risks, non-payment or breach of applicable terms. Contact support about cancellation, access and data requests. Stopping a subscription does not withdraw messages or calls already accepted by a provider.

Payments, refunds and liability

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies. The existing TwinStance Terms & Conditions govern service, intellectual-property and limitation matters. Nothing here excludes mandatory statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not grant ownership of the NexReach software.

Governing operator and contact

The existing TwinStance terms identify India as governing law and Odisha, India as the jurisdiction, subject to mandatory applicable law.
